Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may request to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Unused and Undamaged
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
All labels and tags must be attached.
Proof of Purchase

Initiating a Return
To begin a return:

Return Authorization:
After reviewing your request, we will provide:

Preparing Your Return
Before shipping your return:
Package the Item Safely:
Use the original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
Include Documentation:
Include the return authorization form.
Include any required supporting documents or images.
Attach Shipping Label:
Download and print the provided shipping label, if applicable.
Affix the label securely to the outside of the package.
Shipping the Return
Shipping Method:
Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
Return Deadline:
Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.
If a prepaid return label is provided for a non-defective return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Returns Due to Change of Mind
Eligibility:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
The return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are subject to applicable shipping costs.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Defective or Damaged Goods

Documentation:
Photos or videos of the defect or damage may be required.
Resolution:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Return shipping costs are included.
Incorrect Product Received

The correct product will be shipped to you.
Product Never Arrived
Notification:
Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or within 5 business days after the carrier’s marked delivery date.
Resolution:
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If the product is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
After Shipment
If the order has already shipped, the return process must be followed after delivery.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom or personalized products.
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary goods, unless unopened and unused.
